Dale Bass - Chief Executive Officer and President

"I believe there is always a better solution waiting to be discovered and am committed to continually searching for improved products and services designed to improve the overall customer experience. "In 1975, Dale’s vision to create a "one call" security resource for customers became a reality with the founding of Bass Security. Dale’s passion for customer service and satisfaction allowed the company to grow quickly over the years. In an effort to truly understand customer needs and industry trends, Dale adopted a hands-on approach that prompted him to personally serve in nearly every capacity within the company – from installer to call center operator. This type of personal experience provides him with the type of insight and perspective expected of an industry leader. Today, as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Bass Security, Dale remains committed to growing the company by identifying constant improvements and following proven best practices. His efforts to drive the industry to meet higher standards have resulted in providing customers with a wide array of value-added services and technologically advanced products designed to help them be profitable, productive and protected. Dale is a member of the National Retail Federation (NRF), Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA), and Professional Retail Store Maintenance (PRSM).

Jeremy Bass - Vice President of Customer Service

“Making sure our customers are receiving the best products at the best price as quickly as possible…that is my priority. "Ever since Jeremy can remember, he has been working at Bass Security. He has literally grown up in the security business and, as a result, has a keen understanding of customer needs and market trends. Jeremy’s commitment to the business goes way beyond his namesake. Like his father who founded Bass Security, Jeremy believes that hands-on experience is key to understanding the business and anticipating customer needs. That’s why he has been involved in so many different facets of the family business—from assisting customers in the retail shop to working in the field alongside Bass service technicians to managing customer service teams. In more recent years, Jeremy also gained experience in the contract hardware side of the business by writing specifications and working directly with end users and facility owners/managers on large construction projects. Today, as the company’s Vice President of Customer Service, Jeremy oversees the customer service, project management and compliance departments at Bass Security.

Ron Brown - Vice President of Purchasing & Logistics

"Service is a passion, not a job. Being able to recognize this simple fact can mean the difference between success and failure in this business.” Everyone in this business likes to claim they understand customer challenges and needs. But in Ron’s case, this understanding is deep rooted after spending more than 13 years living and breathing the retail experience. Serving in a variety of operations positions for retail giant Kmart Corporation, Ron possesses a unique perspective of the industry and what it takes to satisfy customers. Having joined Bass Security in 2002 as the operations manager for the Locksmith USA division, Ron quickly worked his way up through the ranks into major leadership roles as a result of his demonstrated commitment to customer service. As the vice president of purchasing and logistics, he oversees the customer logistics, production and procurement departments at Bass Security. Ron is a member of the National Retail Federation (NRF), Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA), and Professional Retail Store Maintenance (PRSM).
